Our Vision For Youth Ministry:
The Youth Ministry at Calvary exists to help students know and follow Jesus through the truth of God’s Word.
We believe discipleship starts in the home, so we partner with parents, whom God calls the primary disciple-makers, to help students grow in their understanding of the gospel. By God’s grace, we aim to create a Christ-centered and Scripture-saturated environment where students are invited to trust in Christ and grow in their knowledge of God.
We also want to be clear: our youth ministry is not a separate church within the church. Students are encouraged to join us in Sunday morning worship, prayer meetings, and all-church gatherings.
The culture we’re building is not one of generational separation but of generational discipleship. Just as Paul discipled Timothy and older believers are called to invest in the youth (Titus 2:1–6), we want to see the generations discipling one another. We want to foster relationships where young and old walk with Christ together. We believe God has designed the church so that every generation helps the next one know and love Jesus more.
Our prayer is that every student would come to know the gospel, be brought into the life of the church through meaningful membership, and walk faithfully as a disciple of Jesus.
